You have 14 days from delivery to return the product, without giving a reason (right of withdrawal).
How to return
- Email info@anticaromastore.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
- We email you the return address: our shipping centre in China, where the trousers ship from.
- Send the trousers unworn, with tags. Return shipping is at your expense: allow for the cost of international shipping to China.
Size exchange
Return the item as above and order the right size: we refund the first pair as soon as we receive the return. To avoid this, use the size calculator on the product page and the size guide before ordering.
Refund
We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, at the latest once we receive the product or proof of shipment.
Faulty or wrong item
Email us a photo of the product and its label: we send you a new pair or refund you, at no cost and with no need to send it back. The 2-year legal guarantee of conformity still applies.
