Refund policy
You have 14 days from delivery to return the product without giving a reason (right of withdrawal).
- Email info@anticaromastore.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
- We email you the return address: our shipping centre in China, where the products ship from.
- Send the product unworn, with tags. Return shipping is at your expense.
Refund: to the original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, at the latest once we receive the product or proof of shipment.
Size exchange: return the item as above and order the right size.
Faulty or wrong item: email us a photo of the product and its label: we send you a new one or refund you, at no cost and with no need to send it back. The 2-year legal guarantee of conformity still applies.
