2. What data we process

  • Order data: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone (if provided), products purchased.
  • Payment data: handled directly by payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal and other methods shown at checkout); we do not store card details.
  • Communications: what you write to us by email or through the website's forms.
  • Browsing data and cookies: IP address, device, pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

  • Managing orders, payments, shipping, returns and support – performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Meeting tax and accounting obligations – legal obligation (art. 6.1.c).
  • Preventing fraud and keeping the website secure – legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
  • Sending newsletters and offers – only with your consent (art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time via the link in every email.
  • Analytics and personalised advertising (e.g. Meta) – only with your cookie consent (art. 6.1.a).

4. Who we share data with

Only with the providers needed to deliver the service, acting as data processors: Shopify (store platform), payment providers, our logistics partner CJdropshipping and couriers, email services and, if you consent, advertising platforms such as Meta. Some of these providers are located outside the European Union (e.g. the United States and China, where shipments depart): transfers are based on adequacy decisions or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and for China are limited to the data needed to deliver your order.

5. How long we keep it

Order data and tax documents: 10 years, as required by law. Newsletter data: until you withdraw consent. Support communications: up to 24 months after the last contact.

6. Cookies

We use technical cookies needed for the store to work (cart, checkout, security) and, only with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. You can accept, refuse or change your choices at any time from the cookie banner or the «Cookie preferences» link on the website.

7. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@anticaromastore.com. We reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

8. Minors

The store is not intended for persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
