Terms of service
1. Seller
The products on anticaromastore.com are sold by Silverio Marco Romano – sole proprietorship «Antica Roma Store», VAT no. IT01705730917, registered office at Piazza Caduti 23 Aprile, 08048 Arbatax (OG), Italy. Email: info@anticaromastore.com.
2. Scope
These terms govern the online sale of Antica Roma products to consumers resident in Italy and in the other European Union countries served by the website. By placing an order you accept these terms, which you can save and print.
3. Products and prices
Product features are described on each product page. Measurements are given in the size guide with a tolerance of 2–3 cm; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you confirm your order. Offers (such as «Buy 3, pay for 2») are applied automatically in the cart under the conditions shown on the website.
4. Order and conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, product unavailability or suspected fraud: in that case we refund you in full.
5. Payment
Payment is made when you place the order, using the methods shown at checkout. Payment data is handled by the payment service providers and is not stored by us.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship to Italy and to European Union countries with tracking. The stated delivery times (8–15 business days) are estimates: products ship from the manufacturer's workshop and may arrive in several parcels. For orders up to €150 VAT is already included and no customs charges are due on delivery. Details on the Shipping page.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. To exercise it, send a clear statement to info@anticaromastore.com (you may use the form below). We will give you the return address, which is in China at the shipping centre the products ship from. You must send the product back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, unworn and with tags. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you. We refund you, using the same payment method, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice; we may withhold the refund until we have received the product or proof of shipment. You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity
All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery under the Italian Consumer Code (art. 128 ff.). If a product is faulty or not as described, email info@anticaromastore.com with a photo of the product and its label: we replace it or refund you at no cost to you.
9. Liability
We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond our control (force majeure, strikes, customs or courier delays). Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
10. Personal data
Your data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy published on the website.
11. Governing law and complaints
The contract is governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any more favourable mandatory rules of your country of residence as a consumer. For any complaint, email info@anticaromastore.com: we reply within 48 business hours. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile.
